As part of my practice, I share with clients our best current understanding of the impact of diet and other lifestyle behaviors on long term health and the environment. I have compiled this information over the years by thoroughly reviewing the scientific literature, continuously updating it as the latest research sheds new light on how various lifestyle factors affect our healthspan.

With a unique background combining over 20 years working in Nutrition and Agriculture, Adriana partners with her clients to help them navigate food choices and lifestyle changes with the goal of promoting long healthspans and environmental sustainability.
